This forming process mainly uses the vacuum suction force of vacuum pump to suck heated and softened thermoplastic plastic sheet material into the shapes of refrigerator liner. The main machine comprises loading part, heating part, conveyance part, forming part, vacuum system, cooling system, lubrication system, water circulation system, mould heating system and electrical control system.
